Great location in the Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club neighborhood (Beach Haven). Perfect house for 1 or 2 families. 1/2 block from bay; 2 1/2 blocks from beach. Right around corner from West Ave on the bay which is great for bike riding. Walk to large neighborhood playground and into center of town. 2 bedrooms & a full bathroom on each floor plus an outdoor shower. 2 full living rooms - downstairs and upstairs; full kitchen downstairs; game area with full size refrig and sink upstairs. Sunroom (reading/TV room) with high speed internet hook-up. Upstairs deck with view. Interior newly painted. Big backyard with brand new table and chairs and a picnic table. Lots of new furnishings thru-out house (sofas, love seat, beds/mattresses, kitchen table) along with very well kept legacy furniture. Close but not too close to amusements and shopping.
