This new townhome on the South End of Surf City offers amazing views of the ICW from the sundeck or covered deck! Tastefully decorated, this large unit offers three bedrooms and three full baths. This townhome is directly across the street from the beach and has a private beach access and a private, gated pool. The home has central heat and central air, color cable TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer, DVD, VCR, CD Stereo, patio furniture, outside hot/cold shower and many more amenities. Located across the street and down a bit is a playground for kids and also offers a basketball court. No smoking, no pets.

Topsail Island is a 26-mile-long barrier island approximately 40 minutes north of Wilmington. The island is located in both Onslow and Pender counties and consists of three towns, North Topsail Beach, Surf City and Topsail Beach. The two mainland towns of Sneads Ferry and Holly Ridge complete the section known as the Greater Topsail Area. Two bridges allow access to the island, a swing bridge in Surf City and a high-rise bridge connecting Sneads Ferry to North Topsail Beach. A single main road runs parallel to the ocean along the length of this narrow island, with side streets running from the ocean to the sound or Intracoastal Waterway. In a few instances on the wider parts of the island, you will find an additional smaller street or two running parallel to the ocean. There is only one traffic light on the whole island strand. Topsail's summer population swells up to 35,000, as compared to the 3,500 year-round residents.

Notes: The house is a little more than two years old. It has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, full private bathroom and full walk in closet, the second bedroom has a double bed and private bathroom, and the third bedroom has two single beds. There's a full couch in the living room, 2 decks with deck furniture on each, and parking for two cars underneath the unit. Upgraded Berber Carpet and Ceramic Tile Flooring everywhere. There is a bayside children's playground just across the street and down a bit, private, gated pool, private, gated beach access. It is less than a 80 yard walk to the private beach access. There is tons of things for the kids to do: Three fishing piers on the island, miniature golfing, shelling & searching for sharks teeth, a maritime museum/turtle rescue (Topsail island is a breeding area for the rare loggerhead turtles), kid friendly restaurants, a topsail island history museum, biking and more.
