Enjoy fishing, snorkeling, from your own pvt docks, or rent, or bring your own boat;

Cancellation Policy:
All monies will be returned, if within the allotted time frame, of (3) months, from your original booked dates.
A $600. Deposit, may be made to hold your desired dates.
Please email, or call, if cancellation is necessary, within the (3) month time frame of your original booked dates.
If owners are not notified within the time frame allotted, a ($100) fee will be withheld, due to possibility of not being able to rent unit.
Dates are reserved, at your request. Please notify if cancellation is necessary.
Please take Keys and Pass Card with you upon your departure date: Please mail back to owner within 7 days from your departure date. If keys and pass card are not returned within the 7 day limit, a ($50) fee will be withheld from Security. Thank you for your understanding.
