Main house: On the slopes of Haleakala and above Wailea this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath main home and the cozy detached 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage is peacefully located in a lush tropical setting on a landscaped ½ acre. The main home is built in two buildings with a flagstone deck attaching the buildings. It is a really unique design and the breezeway/decking provides great views all around. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, on the South side of Maui, Wailea/Kihei, that overlooks the ocean and outer islands. It is only 1.5 miles to the gorgeous Wailea beaches. The Shops at Wailea are again within 2 miles. There are beautiful views of the ocean and Mt. Haleakala, the island of Lanai, and Koholawe. All year round you can watch the sunsets across the horizon. The swimming pool and hot tub is surrounded by a great flagstone deck. A flagstone breezeway attaches the main house to the 'pool side' bedroom, bath and laundry room. All ocean view!

The main home has many upgrades, including granite and tile in the kitchen and glass block in the bathrooms. On the North side of the home, by the front entry there is a Koi fish pond. There is another entrance in the center of the two buildings (the main house) and there is a little waterfall and a couple small ponds. Often there are baby Koi in here. The home is built in two buildings and there is a swimming pool and hot tub surrounded by a 900 sq ft flagstone deck attaching the two buildings. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a bonus half bath in the car-port area.

The clean cozy Ocean view cottage is in a beautiful setting. The deck off the front is peek-a-boo ocean view and there is lush yard all around. Off the back of the cottage there is a carport to keep your car cool and a line to hang out the diving gear! This cottage has a full kitchen with all that you need. Also it has its own washer and dryer. There is a TV VCR and DVD player. Although there is no cable, there are a bunch of tapes and DVD's to keep you entertained! There is an AC unit in the bedroom and a radio in the kitchen. Check out this 1 bedroom 1 (full) bath... Its a great little get away!

Golf: There are many great golf courses in Wailea to chose from. There is also another very close in Kihei. The yard here at this property is a great place to practice your putting stroke and pitch a few! Ball and clubs await!
