It is nestled among open space and million dollar homes, within walking distance of the Wright Brother's Memorial, and within 10 minutes of the best restaurants and leisure attractions on the Outer Banks. Dolphin View is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped for a wonderful family vacation experience. Amenities include: 4 TVs, 4 VCRs, 4 DVDs, CD stereo, X-Box, puzzles, games, books, baby equipment, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, beach umbrellas, sun decks, washer/dryer, master bath with jacuzzi, WIFI internet, fax, fully equipped kitchen with many extras, community pool (16’ wide, 4’ deep). NO PETS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The location at approximately the 8 mile post is an easy and safe walk to the Wright Brothers Memorial, and is right at the center of the 16 mile stretch of restaurants, shops, mini-golf, theaters, etc. Because of the open space around the Wright Brothers Memorial, and the neighboring million dollar homes, the Gulf Stream--Dolphin View neighborhood does not feel crowded, and is relatively quiet. Private and direct access to guarded beaches, a fishing pier a mile away, crabbing 5 minutes away near the second bridge to Collington Island, and many other nearby amenities, will keep a family busy. Rainy days or adventurous spirits might lead you 30 minutes away to nearby Roanoke Island, where the NC Aquarium, the Elizabethan Gardens, the Lost Colony, art galleries, and more provides a nice day trip. Jockeys Ridge, the largest sand dune on the East Coast, is a free outing 5 minutes away and a great place for a family outing, especially at sunset.

Check in is at 4:00 Saturday. Check out is 10:00 Saturday. No elevator is available to this third floor unit, which offers the best views and the most privacy from other units, but is not suitable for someone who is unable to climb steps. The property is extremely well equipped with kitchen equipment, baby amenities, games, beach equipment, 4 TV/VCR/DVDs, stereo, movie and book library, etc. There's everything you need for a family vacation. It is modern and well furnished with fine art on the walls, some of which are decorated with faux painting. For the comfort of all guests, this unit prohibits smoking and is not available for rental to pet owners. No adjacent units permit pets, so there are no barking dogs. You’ll love it!
