New home up a long curving drive which gives a bird's eye view of the hills and valleys of Vermont. The historic village of Tunbridge is only 1 1/2 miles away. The famous World's Fair is held there on each September. The Vermont Law School is less that 7 miles away. The Joseph Smith Memorial in Sharon and the Morill home in Strafford are only a few miles away. The house is 2 stories with most of the living quarters on the second floor which provides even more spectacular views of the distant mountains. A 2 car garage, foyer and large porch are on the ground level. The second story has vaulted wood ceilings throughout the 2 bedrooms (full bed and 2 twins), spacious bathroom with washer and dryer, and the open kitchen/ dining and living room areas. Large windows throughout give every room distant views. Stone retaining walls and perennial flower beds. Thirty one of acres of wooded hillside surround the house and provide many hiking opportunities and wildlife viewing

Area attractions: Tunbridge is located about 40 minutes from the Dartmouth College (Hanover, NH) and Woodstock-Quechee areas. Stowe (Trapp Family Lodge, Ben and Jerry's) are a little over an hour away. The ski areas of Pico and Killington near Rutland are less than an hour. Pico can be seen from the house on a clear day.
