The second floor is comprised of three bedrooms and a full bath. The North bedroom has a king-size bed, the East bedroom a queen-size bed and the West bedroom a pair of twin beds. A rolling trundle bed is also available. Traditional attributes of Acadia's House are complemented by modern conveniences. There is a dishwasher, microwave and gas range in the kitchen. A Jotul Allagash gas stove blends with the fancy original tile in the living room fireplace. Clothes washer and dryer are located in the full basement. Any chill is readily dispelled by the home's forced hot water heating system. An attached, circa 1984 barn is an extra feature of Acadia's House. Clean and spacious, it is just the place to store your bicycles and other outdoor gear on the first-floor level that opens to the driveway. The upper story of the barn is reserved for your table-tennis tournaments. The property is nicely landscaped with mature lilacs and shade trees and offers relaxing water views to Southwest Harbor
Other Activities: Acadia's famous carriage roads are outstanding for cycling, walking, skiing.
