A narrow unpaved winding road leads to Moloaa which is a small beach community on Kauai’s Northeastern shore. Enjoy seclusion and privacy from this 16 foot high pole house.
View the ancient and massive monkey-pod tree amid the swaying coconut palms and colorful flora throughout this property. Pick fresh papaya, star fruit, avocado, banana and citrus when in season.
Other amenities include a n herb garden if planted and a relaxing 8 ft by 13 ft swimming pool (endless pool). This can also be used as a sitting spa as we keep it at a comfortable temperature.
Take a short ten minute walk to the crescent shaped white sandy beach or paddle to the beach from your private boat launch through a jungle of riverbank flora filled with exotic birds and scenery.
For your added enjoyment, use the thatched surfer hut and BBQ Pitt located at river’s edge.

You can hear the ocean and smell the ocean from your cottage which is only a stones throw away. Become part of the community for your short stay. You can take a short five minute walk to beautiful Moloaa Bay which is an interesting beach offering surfing, snorkeling, sunbathing and beach combing. Due to limited public access and parking, this beach is not very well attended making it one of the most private beaches on Kauai. You are 3 miles from the Anahola General Store providing sufficient convenience items. and is located next door to the Anahola Post Office and the Famous Ono Char Burger Stand.. Moloaa is located half way between Kapaa Town and Kilauea Town. You are only 15 minutes away from Hanalei Town featuring fine dining and shopping. Drive out of Moloaa Valley to view other wonders of The Magical Garden island

- The bathroom is located off master bedroom and is sufficient for your needs with a standard shower and bath combination. For those enjoying the downstairs yard and amenities, we provided you with an outdoor shower and an enclosed toilet and changing room. We also have telephone access on the ground level so that any expected calls can be retrieved at ground level without climbing stairs to answer the phone. There is a washing machine located outside. This offers only cold water washing. There is a small clothes line for drying your clothes. There is no dryer on property.

- The master bedroom is spacious with a King Size Bed, a dressing table and mirror and desk. We also have a TV, DVD Player for viewing TV while in bed. Access to the large deck is from the bedroom. This is a great place to wake up to in the early morning enjoying a fresh cup of Kava or your favorite juice while listening to the wildlife around you. Beautiful birds are an interesting sight to see in the expansive Monkeypod Tree at the rivers edge. .

Due to the stairwell access to this home by going up 16 feet high in the air, we feel that it would be too difficult for the elderly to access with ease. Also, due to the height of the cottage, we feel children would be at risk without complete adult supervision. We would welcome both, but feel that we need to make this disclosure.
