Privately owned and maintained, the home (like ALL homes in Playa Encanto), features state-of-the-art, off-grid solar power, second-to-none. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, patio, table and chairs. Three of the bedrooms have walk-out patios and private views to the ocean. The fourth bedroom has a private walk-out garden patio. The bedrooms with the two queens and the four singles have TV monitors for your VHS viewing pleasure. With your own equipment, the monitors are DVD player, Playstation, or Gamecube ready. The satellite TV in the Great Room is VCR and DVD player-ready. The stereo system with interior and exterior speakers is ready for your CDs.
The house is completely equipped for a wonderful, memorable time. All you need is beach towels, sunglasses, sun block, swimsuits, old shoes or sandals, comfort food, sweatshirt and a camera! Enjoy!
