- This is our vacation home and is available year round for rent at $150 a day (4 night minimum) $1000/week. Christmas week $1200. $600/4 nights plus $75 cleaning fee. Email to reserve your dates. Professional cleaning done prior to arrival and after departure. Two children maximum.

10 % deposit due when you make the reservation by personal check or Pay-Pal. This deposit is non-refundable.
Remainder due 3 weeks before arrival. If you cancel less than 3 weeks before arrival 75% of total rent you have paid plus $75 cleaning fee will be refunded to you.
