The second floor has a very large master bedroom with a king size bed, a porch, sauna, reading loft with high speed internet connection and full bathroom. A tastefully decorated guest unit is in a second building, the carriage house, located approximately 200 feet from the main house. This studio has two twin beds that double as an L-shape couch. There is a CD player, large television set with DVD and VHS capability. It has it's own small kitchen - with microwave, small oven and stove, small refrigerator. The bath has a shower. The unit is located up the flight of stairs behind the garage. A washer and dryer and large refrigerator are available on the lower level for your convenience.
The house and grounds are also an ideal place to hold a fabulous party. Please inquire if interested. Separate rates and terms apply. Located 10 minutes to Rancho Nicasio, where well-known bands perform, 20 minutes to Point Reyes Station, 35 minutes to the Pacific Ocean, 45 minutes to San Francisco, 30 minutes to Sonoma. This is a paradise location for cyclist, hikers and bikers. Services include house cleaning, pool maintenance, gardeners and farm animal care.
