Further details about this house rental
1. We must receive a deposit of 20% to secure your dates. 40% deposit 6 weeks before arrival, and the balance 40% is due upon arrival. Please call for credit card payment options. You can also pay with cash or travellers cheques upon arrival. 2. The cancellation fee charged is 25% of payment once made before arrival. Cancellations done while here will result in paying for the total number of days occupied and a 50% deduction in the balance. 3. Bookings made for less than 7 days, will require the full payment. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival will require a 60% deposit and balance due upon arrival. Please remember to bring your driver’s license if you are hiring a vehicle. There is a fee of $20 U.S for a temporary local license. Vehicle rates run from $45 U.S to $65 U.S, you can receive more information on vehicles after confirming your booking. It is always wise to double check that you have written your correct email address to ensure possible contact.
A final receipt will be provided by the property manager upon arrival in St. Lucia
