This private island paradise is hidden on a quarter acre garden lot (1,020 sq m.) surrounded by palms, birds of paradise, tropical plants and a 6 ft privacy fence. Few island homes offer this degree of privacy.
The spacious custom home has a 2,600 sq ft (240 sq m.) ground level split floor plan with master suite at the west end and 2 guest bedrooms with bath to the east.
The home has sunny garden views from every room with large windows and six skylights. The screened front lanai and pool area add more than 1,800 sq ft of additional living space. The home was completely renovated in 2007.
