Rates in US Funds
Your reservation is confirmed with a deposit of $200.
The balance of the rent is due in the form of a cashier’s check or money order and a personal check for $300 security deposit (I return your $300 check when you return my key) four weeks in advance of your arrival. Upon the receipt of the balance the key will be sent to your home address. The security deposit will be returned by mail, after your check-out and you have returned the key to us.
Rates include your linen and departure cleaning. You may make arrangements for further cleaning by contacting our cleaning service (their names will be provided to you). You will be billed separately by them.
Until confirmation, rates are subject to change without notice.
There will be no refunds on deposits for cancellations unless we are able to rent the unit for the week or month in question.

Please encourage smokers to smoke outside on the balconies in consideration of those who don't.
There is plenty of free parking available outside the building and throughout the complex. Two permits will be issued upon arrival at guardhouse.

The master bedroom is large and includes a new king size bed, walk-in closet and full bath. The view from the master bedroom is “to die for”. It has access to the ocean front balcony, which is also accessible through the spacious living room. The living room is large and comfortable. It includes a recliner sofa and love seat for easy and relaxing living. “Sometimes it’s nice just to kick back and watch T.V.” That is if you are not distracted by the beautiful view. The other nice size bedrooms include one with a queen size bed and one with two singles. Tell your wife and your daughter that there are 3 full baths in this amazing unit. The full size kitchen is brand new. It has new counter tops as well as new appliances including dishwasher and refrigerator. The laundry room includes a brand new, full size washer and dryer.
Within the complex, you will find: -- A Guard Station with 24 hours a day security -- 7 different pools (The North Tower has it’s own large beautiful pool) -- hot tubs -- playground -- exercise room -- one of the best restaurants in Myrtle Beach -- tennis courts (there is a small fee for use) -- putting green for you golfers to bone up on before you go out and embarrass yourself -- The Beach Cabana Bar and Grill -- a tram that will deliver you to different locations within the resort -- and so much more.
