Deposit required of 25% due to hold reservation. Remaining due 1 month prior to arrival. 2 week cancellation notification or non-refundable $250-$300 security deposit required. Refundable and released when cottage is left as found , without damage, and free from excessive trash. -
Others accomodations will be considered depending on availability.
*** Please note both cottages have just recently been remodeled. We are waiting for the season to begin to update pictures of cottage 1 ( cozy and quaint touches have been added). Please contact owner for more info. and pictures of our currently rented A-frame cottage 2. It's just as cute!

Further details about this cottage rental
Cozy and quaint remodeled cottage on privately owned penninsula. You can't get much closer to the water than this. Beautiful views of the lake surrounded by mountains. Family atmosphere that is close to all Berkshire cultural attractions such as: Tanglewood, Jacobs Pillow, Colonial Theater. etc... Come relax in the country, but close to restaurants, laundromats, ATM machines, banks, Berkshire Mall, and Downtown Pittsfiield, MA. If you are into biking or hiking, we are just 10 mins from bike trails and Appalachian trail. Local ski areas offer tubing, and other summer activities for children and adults.
Other Activities: boating of all kinds. Close to cultural attractions such as Tanglewood.
