Great News!!! The new public beach path is now open!!! Our home at 158 West Flamingo Circle is just one block away, so you can easily walk to the best part of Marco's beautiful crescent beach, just north of the Marriott. We provide a beach cart, chairs, towels, and a cooler for your day at the beach.
Our 3 BR 2 BA, smoke-free, pet-free home includes a spacious LR with new leather seating, DR with sliding door to the lanai, bright white kitchen with sunny breakfast nook, laundry room, and large heated pool. There is tile throughout the main living areas and master bedroom and Berber carpet in the guest bedrooms.
The Master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other has twin beds. They share a bath with spa tub and separate shower. The expansive lanai with electric heated pool, patio furniture, and gas grill is enclosed by a screened pool cage.
High speed Internet is included at no extra charge, so don't forget your laptop!
