These villas are used as vacation homes by the owners and both are decorated uniquely with furnishings not typical of rental property. They are across from each other so are also good for larger groups requiring multiple villas. Owner has another furnished penthouse villa for sale. Please inquire if interested!

Decorated to make our guests comfortable and to feel as though they have escaped to an island. This is a vacation home for the owners and we prefer groups of 8 or less. Golf, Golf and more Golf: The area surrounding Ocean Isle Beach is one of the top golf destinations in the world. There are numerous golf courses within a few minutes from the island and the Myrtle Beach area is 20 minutes away. We can send you a map of the golf courses in the area.
Fishing and Riding Bikes: Ocean Isle Beach as its own fishing pier and charter fishing is available as well as boat rentals. Bike rentals are available on the island.
Turtle Watching and Beach Activities: Ocean Isle Beach is a turtle preserve. There is a Turtle Museum and turtle nests are marked and protected. A popular nightly activity is to go for ice cream and walk on the beach and watch for hatching baby turtles. The beach at Ocean Isle has natural areas with no development and villa is walking distance to end of island inlet to intracoastal waterway from ocean.
Golf: Too many golf course to list. We can send you a map of the area courses. The Myrtle Beach are is 20 miles away and there are over 200 golf courses in the area.
