Very clean and bright-furnished one-bedroom apartment (700 sq feet) located Upper West Side at 73 Street between Columbus Ave and Amsterdam Avenues. Very safe neighborhood and beautiful. This is a very a safe and quiet apartment on the second floor of a walkup brownstone. Hardwood floors in entire apartment. Bed Room: Queen Size bed with linen pillows and towels. Living room: Cable TV, DVD player, pull out couch, computer desk. Fully functioning kitchen with microwave, pots, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, utensils. All bathing accessories iron, hair dryer - Air conditioning - 4 closets - high speed internet - fresh bed linen and towels will be provided - laundry within the building
