Our new home in Centerville is close to Osterville Center, fabulous beaches (Craigville), great shopping, golf, tennis, antiquing, theater, kids' activities (playground,library, penny candy store, Four Seas Ice Cream), & is easily accessible to all areas of the Cape & Islands, nearby Hyannis airport or Boston /Providence. Our home is a NE style extended Cape Cod with lovely detailing, a luxury home with gourmet kitchen, lg fireplaced fam room, office, open floor plan throughout the 1st floor, wood floors, master suite-gorgeous bath, marble floors, counters & shower stall, & a private gas-fireplaced sitting room. A huge deck overlooks cranberry bogs. The 2nd floor has 2 lg bedrooms & bath between. Over a 3-car garage is a lg bedroom & full bath which can work as a private second master. We have furnished with a mixture of original art, designer furnishings, pillow-top mattresses & other designer touches. It is a comfortable, upscale home professionally designed in a great location.

Our home is located in the village of Centerville near Osterville Center (1.5 miles) with its charming town center, & fab shops, or Hyannis (2 miles) & 1 mile from wonderful family friendly Craigville Beach (oceanside). Whether you enjoy upscale shops, antiquing along 6A or mall shopping, we have it! Biking and walking is safe and easy. We are only blocks away from the famous Four Seas Ice Cream, the library, penny-candy store & playground. We don't get the traffic of Falmouth or Chatham and we are easier to get to from Boston or Providence. The house on 1.3 acres is located on a private cul-de-sac, (100' driveway behind a white picket fence) & cranberry bogs at the rear. We aren't far from Bayside either with its calm beaches and charming antique homes. Centerville really IS in the center of the Cape, a convenient location. Summer theater, movies, golfing, tennis & restaurants are close by. There are so many activities for adults & kids that it is impossible to name them all!

  • Baths are large and luxurious with lots of storage and natural light. We recently added custom plantation shutters in the master bath. There are two sinks and cabinets to the left and right of the French doors leading into the room. The half bath is near the kitchen in the back hall next to the laundry room and is in a very convenient location. All are very private. Appointments are in good taste, very fresh and brand new!

  • The 1st-flr master br has a high ceiling, huge Cal Closet outfitted closet, an adjoining sitting room with a gas fireplace. French doors open to a large master bath with granite tiled shower & clear glass shower door, two separate sink areas, private WC room, and stunning free-standing tub. Central to the house up a gorgeous winding stairway are two large guestrooms with full bath between. The fourth bedroom is separate up a private stairway, is quite large & has a full bath & another granite shower stall with clear glass door & two sinks.There is room for a crib & child bed. BR's have great windows and are large and light-filled, with lots of closets & luxury pillowtop mattresses. Furnishings are new in pretty colors. All bedcoverings are matching and in lovely cottons. From all bedrooms (and especially from the deck) you can see to the yard where we have added extensive landscaping, especially at the rear, so that you can enjoy plantings, new lawn, & a cranberry bog. COMFORT !!

Notes: Small and non-shedding dogs considered with additional security deposit. (First Floor) master suite and open design of kitchen, dining room, and master suite allow for wheelchair . House is air-conditioned and new, so the environment is low on allergens. We request that smokers only smoke outside the house. This is a great multi-age family house or is suitable to several couples or two couples with children.

Explanation of current photographs: The current photos of the house are current. A new lawn was put in last fall. Presently, in the spring, considerable additional landscaping, designed professionally, will be added.

Decorating completed!: We have completed the decorating of the entire home with custom high end furnishings, custom draperies, fresh paint colors, accessories and potted plants and flowers. We are always improving what is already a beautiful and functional home. It looks like a designer show house!
