Restrictions: No children under the age of 13. No pets. No smoking in apartment. No children between the ages of 14 to 21 without parents. Maximum persons is 6. This is a high-end rental and not meant for large parties or groups of people. Refundable deposit of $1,000 per month. Maid is provided and required to be used on a daily (Monday through Saturday) basis. Her work hours are generally from 9am to 3 pm. These times may be modified. High speed Internet is available upon request (fees apply).
