Luxurious, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium on 3rd floor of Seamark Towers. This beautiful three bedroom condo is spacious enough to sleep up to eight adults. Our master bedroom has a king size bed and the master bath has a relaxing Jacuzzi tub. Our two guest rooms are fitted with two single beds in each room. The couch also pulls out to a double size bed. The condo has a washer and dryer for your convenience. You and your family and friends are only a short driving distance from shops and restaurants. The beach is an easy walk, a block and a half from the condo! The condo also has a seasonal outdoor pool. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Located on 69th Avenue North, the entrance is only about 200 yards from the beach. This resort has a beach-side resort area that has private and public parking (beach access) areas. This area is centrally located for convenient access to all of the local attractions, such as Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, amusement and water parks, shopping, restaurants, Golf, and all kinds of entertainment! Living room, master bedroom, and kitchen/dining areas offer some spectacular views and lead out to your private balcony which also offers unbelievable views of the ocean and the (protected) natural marsh on the west side of the building. All this at incredibly low prices that are unbeatable for the value and designed to make you want to return year after year!

The living room has a beautiful leather sofa, fireplace and all new furnishings. Enjoy the entertainment center with cable TV/VCR/DVD. The dining room seats 6 comfortably with a breakfast bar that accommodates three more. Across the room, another small conversational area is complete with wicker furniture and table for eating, reading, catching up on the day's events, or simply relaxing and enjoying the ocean view. The kitchen is fully-equipped with quality dinnerware, cookware, utensils, blender, toaster, microwave, and much more for the chef in the family. All of the living and dining areas are newly carpeted or tiled. The private balcony has table and chairs for four which is great for observing the activities at the pool, ocean, hot tub, and our beautiful natural marsh area which is home to many different types of coastal wildlife.
