- We provide fresh bed linens on each bed, fresh towels & washcloths. (Please Note: there is a charge for cleaning & linens). We provide a STARTER pack of toilet paper, a paper towel roll, and hand soap. Update: 2010 Redecorated home w/new bedding, beds, furniture throughout home, artwork, dishes & wine glasses. Some beach towels found near the washing machine area, but as beach towels take time to dry we ask you wash/dry them if you use them.

- BEDS: Master bedroom is King w/sealy posturpedic pillow top, the other 2 bedrooms have very comfy Queen beds , sun-room has the 4 twin beds. All with comfy clean sheets, extra pillows, and very cozy. All bedrooms have a tv with a DVD player. Bedroom#4 or 'Sunroom' has a large 52 inch flat screen tv/dvd and game cube with games for the kids to enjoy. For kids: Wi game 4th floor, high chair, 1 crib, a pack-n-play, some books/toys/movies, beach towels and swing-set/ sand box.
