To reserve your date a completed contract which we will forward via email and a security deposit of $800.00 is required within 14 days of reservation. Full payment and taxes are due 30 days prior to your occupancy date. Rental payment and taxes can be charged via credit card (Visa or MasterCard), credit card form will be supplied on request and must be faxed to our office 30 days prior to rental date.
Reservation Cancellation Policy:
If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the booking, the security deposit will not be refunded. However, if we can rebook the property for the advertised price your rent
