Rate information for this Wheeler Lake house rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 2 night min. Weekend Rate Covers Friday (night), Saturday (night).
- Please call for rental rates during Talladega Race Weekends. Absolutely no smoking permitted. No pets. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent (proof of age will be required). Minimum 2 night stay. One week rental is 7 days (Sat-Sat). Check in time is 3 pm. Check out time is 11 am. Holiday rates may vary. Liability waiver is required to be on file. Monthly rate available, contact owner for details.
- $550 deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit does not apply to rent and converts to a damage deposit upon arrival. The $550 deposit--less a $150 cleaning fee--will be returned within 2 weeks of departure provided there is no damage to the home. The full rental amount is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Personal checks accepted, no credit cards. Sixty day cancellation notice is required in writing (via fax). If less than 60 days notice is given, the $550 deposit will be held for lost rent, unless the home is re-booked for the same rental period. No refunds for early departure or inclement weather.

In addition to the three bedrooms, the couch in the living room is a fold out sleep sofa and can sleep two.
