Comments from the Owners: Cupecoy Beach is absolutely our favorite part of the island. Quiet and peaceful but close enough to get to the action. We bought this penthouse because we not only can look at the ocean on the Dutch and French sides during the day, but the island at night. The ocean view at night is just black—the island side has beautiful lights. The lights of Marigot are lovely and makes the patio very romantic.
