This is a fabulous split level designer homes. We have a private lanai off the main floor master bedroom with its own bathroom and another lanai off the 'Great Room'. All the rooms through out the home and including the lanai offer spectacular ocean views. This beach home is gated and secured with lava rock walls requiring a key both to enter and exit the property. Hale Hokuu TOO, your exquisite tropical beach home featuring 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lush gardens everywhere, with a pool just 20 feet from the water's edge. The designer kitchen features all the best appliances along with granite counter tops, a center island for cooking done in wood block, tile flooring and ceiling fans through out the home. This home is private and secluded with a great location. Our third level has ocean views over looking the 'Great Room' and is set up for Hi - Speed or Wireless Internet work. This rooms is also a second play room for the kids to enjoy. Stair Climber available.
We are located in a quite, safe neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. We are not a party town and wish not to be one. When you lease this home, you assume full responsibility for it and its contents, as well as your personal property. Always lock the doors and windows when leaving. Lock you automobiles and put away any rental equipment. Any use of rented equipment by Guests is strictly at your own risk, liability and could cause you to incur additional expenses if not returned to either the owner bin or the company that they were rented from. Occupancy: This is restricted to the number of occupants as described in your reservation letter only. Max. 7 Guests Onlly. Use of the home for other than strictly family vacation purposes is restricted. Weddings, receptions, parties or functions held on the property are not permitted. Cleaning: Additional housekeeping services is available upon request. You will be responsibility for this additional fee. Water views from every room.
We have a pool man and gardener once a week. On occasion we may have a maintenance person on site, which will not affect your privacy.
