- You will not find a nicer bathroom that this one. This bathroom has travertine style tile from the floor to the ceiling! This is really, really nice! But it gets even better. There is a Jacuzzi Bath Tub that is wider, longer & deeper than your normal bath tub. This tub is 3 feet wide & 6 feet long! Wow! There is a matching mission style vanity, mirrored cabinet, & additional storage cabinet. Towels will be fresh, soft & rolled up in the wicker basket for you. This bath room is so nice........how nice you might ask? It is so nice you might not want to leave it. Well, you probably will because the rest of this home is just as nice. Nice custom painted walls through out and don't forget, just 1 Block to the Crystal White Sands of Panama City Beach! - There is a comfortable Queen bed in the bedroom. Matching dresser & night stand for storage. There is a large 7' closet in the bedroom. Additional Storage is located above the closet & above the Washer & Dryer. Enjoy the nice 52-in ceiling fan in the bedroom. The bedroom has a six foot sliding glass door that opens out to your own private patio. The patio has a swing for two and a charcoal BBQ. Additional fenced storage along the 5' sidewalk that goes from the front to the back. The patio & sidewalk are completely fenced. Essentially you have a fenced back yard, however, it is more like a fenced patio & walkway. Pets ok with prior approval. Yes this unit is Pet Friendly, with prior approval.

Frank Brown Park Athletic Baseball Softball Park: The HUGE sports park that hosts international baseball, softball & soccer championships is within walking distance of this home. The park is located just 1 mile west of this park. There are also lighted tennis courts, basket ball courts, walking paths and even a Stocked Fishing Pond for children under the age of 16! There is a wonderful playground located at this park. A new aquatic center was just built in 2006! Check this out. FREE Admission into the Park. There is a fee for swimming and some special events such as the Annual Seafood Festival, some Car Shows & some Concerts.
Golfing: World Class golfing at many area golf courses. There will be an area attraction guide located in your rental.
