Middle bedroom has a bunk bed which is a double on the bottom with a single on top and a pull out single trundle (great room for the kids). Forward bedroom has a double with a pull out trundle. sleeps four adults and four children very comfortably. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the living room if needed.
