View the amazing details of our historical homes and the rich splendour of our local art galleries. There is also the Art Guild with shows of our local artists and classes to learn different painting techniques or photographic skills. Off course your grocery shops/ banks and medical facilities are not far from the house. It is just a short drive to reach the Interstate 75 and visit the nearby towns of Venice, Englewood, Sarasota and Fort Myers. I promise you, you will not run out of things to do. About the house : Charming older Country House in a 'deed restricted ' subdivision. Peaceful and quiet, small subdivision with its own boat ramp. Well kept homes, nice neighbors. This home is spacious with extra rooms besides the 2 bedrooms : it features a small den for your hobbies plus office space. The huge master bedroom features a 'Franklin Stove' and built in display and book shelfs. The Living / Dining room is light and cheerful. The many glass sliders offer a great views onto the garden and creek areas.The charming front patio with stone table and benches is facing the rising morning sun and makes a perfect spot to have your first cup of cafe...The huge 40' lanai at the rear features a Jacuzzi and offers plenty of space for relaxation and entertaining... the sunsets from here are extra special.... get away from it all and relax in this rare to find Florida environment....
About the Shell Creek: The Shell Creek is one of Charlotte County's best kept Secrets and at the same time a most desirable fishing ground for the few people who know about it. It's a fresh water creek which leads into the Peache River and from here into the Charlotte Harbor.... ( from here you can reach the Intra coastal and the Gulf of Mexico. ) Fishing is plentiful here ! It's also a Nature- and Bird watchers paradise. As far as your eyes can see across the Creek it's all environmentally protected land... Gorgeous sunsets to be watched from your huge lanai... the perfect place to fish, play and relax....
