- Monies will not be refunded within 60 days of arrival - we encourage all renters to purchase Travel Insurance. -
- Occupancy is strictly limited to 8 people (including children).
- Maximum occupancy per Bedroom Suite is two people (including children).
- Exceptions will be made for Infants under one year of age sleeping in a Crib.
