PAYMENT – The total amount of your stay is to be paid in full 30 days prior to your stay.
CANCELLATIONS – A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

- There are two Master bedrooms. One is located on the second floor, where you can soak in the whirlpool tub, lie under the ceiling fan, or relax in the queen size bed. The second and third bedrooms have queen sized beds with a ceiling fan and TV in each room. The living room has a futon which will convert into a full sized bed. A crib is also available for use.

7 minutes via car to the Historic District: Prior guests have remarked about the location of the townhouse. It is convenient to just about anything you want to do or anywhere that you want to go in Charleston (at half the price of staying in the historic district). You can get there within a 7 to 15 minute drive. Popular destinations include Folly Beach, the Historic District, Daniel's Island, Patriot's point, Convention/Performing Arts Center, Air Force Base, as well as the Airport. Also a convenient location for golfing, tennis or bicycle or horseback riding.
Golf: Several golf courses are located nearby.
