March-October rates are up $100 per week for high electric season. Please help to keep my rates low by shutting off AC when leaving and keeping windows and doors closed when on. Michelle - Check around, this is a great deal for a great place I charge $2100 per week for the whole house (6 people- $100 for each additional person) which is 3 bedrooms with king size beds/3 bath, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and 2 living rooms. There are 2 sleeper sofas, one in each living room. All the bedrooms and living rooms overlook the sugar white sand beach and turquoise sea. You are directly on the beach, 100 feet from your back door to the Caribbean Sea.
For a smaller group you may rent the downstairs only. It is 2 bed/2bath with kitchen and living room. I charge $1800 per week (4 people- $100 per extra person) for it. The Mermid penthouse suite upstairs is a 1bed/1bath with fully equipped kitchen that goes for $1300 per week ( 2 people).** For privacy I rent to only one group at a time, whatever their accommodations may be.** If you rent for 4 weeks I discount the price 25% so it is like getting one week free. Check in time is 3p.m. Check out is 10a.m. Repeat guests get a discount.
