Located in the Mountain base area off of Mt Werner road, this beautiful brand new town home is less than ½ mile from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, which is a short ride on the private shuttle, a quick 2 minutes when driving by car, or a 5-10 minute walk up the hill! Upon entering our home you will marvel at the attention to detail in everything from the distressed wide-plank wood flooring, to the hand-hewn log railings and warm hues from the custom designed rooms. After you remove your shoes in the slate entryway and hang your coat on the antique ski-coat rack, you enter the first of 2 living rooms where you will spend your evening discussing the day’s adventures in front of the large rock fireplace while relaxing on the fine leather furniture. The open floor plan on the 1st level allows you to move freely from the kitchen, dining area or the extra large living room with plenty of windows framing the beautiful steamboat surroundings!

  • After you decide to retire for the evening and rest your muscles from a day on the slopes or a hike in the mountains, the master bedroom includes all the comforts you need for a peaceful nights sleep. The private bathroom includes his and her sinks with slab granite counters, slate floors, stand alone jetted tub and separate shower enclosed with 6 ft solid glass doors. The remaining two bedrooms include a queen bed in guest bedroom #2 and a bunk bed (2 twins) and a trundle bed in bedroom #3 (perfect for the kids). All bedrooms include plenty of closet space as well. There are 3 full bathrooms (2 with double sinks) and 1 half-bath located within the town home as well. You can also forget about scraping the snow and ice off your windshield by parking your vehicle in our heated garage where there is plenty of room to store your skis and snowboards in the winter or bikes and golf clubs in the Summer months.
