Upon arrival, Deborah, your Tobago host, will welcome you with any inquiries you may have and provide a brief orientation. From then on, Deborah is available as much (or little) as you require. As an added feature, Deborah, who is a fully licensed caterer, would delightfully prepare any of the popular local dishes for your enjoyment. This service is paid in very reasonable local rates directly to Deborah (e.g. in 2008 an average fully cooked meal is equivalent to approximately $15 US per adult). Pack a picnic or take a stroll to the beach from your very own private pathway and explore life as it was for Columbus. The in-ground Private pool (25' x 16' approx) features a shallow leisure-end, which is ideal for infants or loungers, yet graduates to a standard six feet for the lap swimmer

For added convenience, there is both a change room and washroom adjoining the laundry room. Casa DelaMar is back split in design, which enables anyone with stair restrictions easy access to the pool level via large exterior ramp. During your stay you can choose from so much of what Tobago has to offer. Golf: MOUNT IRVINE BAY GOLF COURSE – Tobago's original golf course. One couldn't ask for more beautiful surroundings. There are stunning views of the Caribbean Sea from every hole. It is vital to use a buggy and carry lots of drinking water. TOBAGO PLANTATIONS COURSE – Tobago's newest golf course A hidden treasure at the Tobago Plantations course is the wildlife. The spectacular new 18-hole Tobago Plantations Golf & Country Club course has all the bells and whistles and will definitely suit the more experienced golfer. A new 9-hole course more suited to the novice golfer is planned. Although not as established as the Mt. Irvine Bay, the Tobago Plantations course is in superb condition and has made best use of existing trees, foliage and mangroves. Being located on the Atlantic coast, the constant cooling trade winds means that this course can be played at any time of day, but players are advised to use a buggy and carry lots of drinking water.

We found it to be a wonderful combination of luxury as well as access to the natural unspoiled beauty of Tobago. The highlight for us was witnessing the nesting and return to sea of the Leatherback Turtles. This villa is only an easy 100 meters through the natural brush to the beach on a clear walking trail. Grounds were well kept and pleasing to the eye. The pool was refreshing and clean. There was a wide variety of wildlife to be seen both on the grounds and on the beach.
