The balance is due one month prior to occupancy. If paying by charge card, for your security and protection, we highly recommend that you provide your number either by phone or fax. You can book with assurance as we have one of the fairest refund policies in home rentals. Policy: Should circumstances require that you cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, we will make every attempt to re-book your time period. If the reservation is re-booked, you will be refunded 80% of the total funds paid. If the reservation cannot be re booked, the deposit will not be returned. To date, we have an excellent success rate in re-booking as we offer last minute sales on depositor's behalf.

Upon arrival, Deborah, your Tobago host, will welcome you with any inquiries you may have and provide a brief orientation. From then on, Deborah is available as much (or little) as you require. As an added feature, Deborah, who is a fully licensed caterer, would delightfully prepare any of the popular local dishes for your enjoyment. This service is paid in very reasonable local rates directly to Deborah (e.g. in 2009 an average fully cooked meal is equivalent to approximately $18US per adult) From our guest feedback , having a local liaison is very helpful for visitors abroad, in fact the solid reason why our villa is so popular (as you see from a calendar). We can also arrange Deborah to stock groceries and/or prepare a meal any time thoroughout your stay.
For added convenience, there is both a change room and washroom adjoining the laundry room. Casa DelaMar is back split in design, which enables anyone with stair restrictions easy access to the pool level via large exterior ramp. During your stay you can choose from so much of what Tobago has to offer. Casa DelaMar is close enough to all the attractions such as eco-tours, golfing, and diving, yet far removed from the hustle and bustle of modern day living! Imagine yourself gently being lulled to sleep by gentle trade wind breezes and the therapeutic sounds of the ocean waves below. Pack a picnic or take a stroll to the beach from your very own private pathway and explore life as it was for Columbus. The in-ground Private pool (25' x 16' approx) features a shallow leisure-end, which is ideal for infants
It’s perfect for both the young and old alike; whether you are traveling on business, vacationing with a young family, or escaping for a romantic getaway , the extra spacious setting accommodates everyone . . . we even offer specials for newlyweds.
