Tax Rate: 6% City and 1% State = 7% appied to rental rate. - We have a second unit ‘Mermaid’ also available. With double walls and double pass through doors the two private units can open up to make a large home. 'Neptune and Mermaid' are built in a mirror image floor plan of each other.
