We require a $250 deposit that is refunded after you leave. We accept credit cards, money orders or personal checks 4 weeks before. We charge 3% service charge for credit cards. There is also a $ 60 cleaning charge.
We are negotiable and flexible as to arrival, departures and rates depending on number of people and length of stay. - We charge $200 a night and $1000 a week in the summer season and $1200 in the winter depending on the number of people in the party.
