- House can be split into separate 3 BDRM/ 3.5 BA And 2 BDRM/1 BA Fully Applianced Living Areas. Email for those lower rates if available. Winter rates can be as low as $875/Month for the 2 BDRM and 1450/Month for the 3BDRM/3.5 BTH. Jan, Feb March until March 26th ($875/MO for 2 Bedroom Lower Level), November ($2500/Month) for Whole House. October $2900/Month Whole House.

We have every amenity you could possibly need and then some. The upper level kitchen is equipped to prepare holiday dinner or simply chill and enjoy frozen drinks made in our Professional Margarita Madness blender. We offer everything from an extra large crock pot to a lobster pot, oyster openers, and butter warmers for those of you that enjoy cooking while on vacation.
Also, we include 6 bikes with locks, 15 beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach equipment, game/toys/boards so you do not have to bring your own. We provide quality equipment for you to enjoy. Both Golf Carts provided are customized to transport the beach equipment the short distance to the sand.
We have HD cable for the 56' & 42' Plasma TVs. There are 5 DVD players, 2 surround sound systems with the large screens, Bose Ipod Sounddock and Ipod Sounddocks throughout the house and game area.
We have Foosball and Ping Pong Tables as well as a 32' TV and bar in the game area.
