- Down stairs is a very large master bedroom with a king size bed and very nice bath, with bay doors that over look the gold course. Upstairs one bedroom has a queen bed and 2 additional bunk beds and a private bath. The second bedroom upstairs has two full beds, balcony over looking the golf course with a view of the ocean and its own private bath. Each upstairs bedroom also has a futon that could sleep two people.

Westin Rio Mar Hotel a short walk away: Check in time 5PM and check out time 10AM. Make sure you make an appointment at the spa at the Westin Rio Mar new spa. There you can schedule your massage and body treatments so you can pamper yourself to look good on the wonderful beaches. There is marked parking for two cars at the villa. Unmarked parking for 2 additional cars. The Villa will sleep up to 12 people. The Villa is our second home and I know you will enjoy it. It is a quiet area and our friends that live next door... like it being peaceful and we ask our people who staying at Villa Flora to try to keep our friends happy by not being too loud.
15 minutes from a National Forest: Short drive to snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, kayaking, fishing, championship golf courses, gambling, horseback riding, ATV, paintball, bio-luminescent bay (one of five in the world). Villa Flora is only 15 minutes by car from the only true tropical rain forest in that national parks system. There are great hiking trails to waterfalls, tropical plants, orchids, beautiful views and more as you walk or drive through this tropical paradise. The car rental outlets at the airport are Avis, Hertz, National, Alamo and Budget—you can call their toll free numbers to set up your car rental. Alamo and Budget are going to be the least expensive. I can also set up a day sail on a 41 foot sail boat with skipper, lunch and snorkeling gear for six people for only $750 per day. Plus I can set up air hops to St. Thomas for $200 per person round trip. Let me know if you are interested in these extras. The Flavor of Puerto Rico: Wilthin driving distance you can visit small towns and enjoy many of the local foods such as BBQ pork, turkey and chicken. Sea food can be found around the island and in local resturants such as King Sea Food in Luquillo only 10 minutes from the Villa is great. Try the local french fries called 'Tostones' which are twice fried plantain chips...they can be habit forming. Rum is made on the island and you can take tours of rum distilleries in San Juan and in Ponce. Visit any of the local food stands on the side of the roads in Puerto Rico to enjoy the great pastries. Try a local tradition called 'Mofongo' or mashed and fried plantains with garlic made with a hollow in the middle and filled with seafood or chicken...it is fantastic.
Golf: You are only steps way from the golf pro shop and the golf headquarters for the Westin Rio Mar Hotel. You can pay your fees for using the golf carts and course fees and all the amenities that you need to have a great golfing vacation. Golfing rates for the Westin Rio Mar – 18 holes – Morning rates -- $165 for people staying at the villas. At 2PM the rates change to $105.
Guest Book: 'We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Flora. It is a nice and a spacious house with a wonderful view of the golf course. The whole place is very well maintained and palm trees and flowers are everywhere. The beach which is about 10 minutes from the house is 'first class' and so are the pools in the resort area that we could use. We had a great time and would highly recommend this villa to anybody.'
