For Sightseers and Shoppers:: Bring your camera for a panoramic view of surf, sand, and Buzzards Bay on the short walk to Old Silver Beach. Then browse timeless Cape Cod scenery along the shore. Old Silver Beach is just ten-minutes drive from the Bourne Bridge, allowing day trips to Plimoth Plantation, Providence, and Boston. It is twenty-minutes drive to Woods Hole and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Browse the many fine clothing boutiques and antique shoppes in downtown Falmouth, and take a short drive to Mashpee Commons--another collection of fine outdoor shoppes, restaurants, and galleries. Rent Bicycles, at Corner Cycle, and ride the bike path (no cars, so suitable for children) to Woods Hole for lunch, a visit to the aquarium, and a swim at Stony Beach.
