It also has access to a full size swimming pool within walking distance. This single story spacious home is over 1800 square feet in size and boasts a large backyard great for entertaining and enjoyment.
This home has plenty of space and can sleep up to 7. There are queen beds in each bedroom, and the master bedroom boasts a large soaking tub. Come here to relax, enjoy the sun, take a dip in the pool, go shopping or play golf just minutes away on any of the hundreds of courses in the area.
This home is conveniently located within minutes to downtown Palm Springs, Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage. It is only minutes from Palm Springs International Airport. Enjoy all the amenities and

The front porch boasts a grand view of the mountains and the Palm Springs aerial Tramway. The sunset view is not to be missed!
The kitchen, master bedroom and living room all open onto the luxurious backyard.
The gazebo-covered hot tub offers therapy and relaxation.
Wake up to the lovely aroma of coffee with your own coffee bar and espresso machine.
Entertain your friends and family with a wet bar ready with all utensils.

A flat screen TV delivers Digital Cable TV, which includes HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, and Starz along with on demand music channels. One complimentary on-demand movie rental is offered for all of our guests. A DVD/CD and a VCR player are provided in the Family Room. Digital Cable TV, which includes HBO, Showtime, Cinemax and Starz, is also provided in the Master Bedroom along with a DVD player. All bedrooms are equipped with a stereo system.
A computer is provided with High Speed Internet Access. WIFI is also onsite should you wish to use your laptop.
Unlimited long distance phone service is included. You can dial local and long distance (US, Canada ad Mexico) at no charge. A complimentary 30 minutes of international calling is available for our valued guests.
High quality sheets are provided along with down comforters and down pillows.
Plenty of Egyptian cotton towels are supplied for your stay. Cotton bathrobes are also provided.
The kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, stainless steel gas range and oven. A microwave is on the countertop. A wide variety of glassware and dinnerware is provided. This kitchen is extremely well stocked with all the cooking utensils you will need. Basic spices are also provided.
There is a wet bar and a coffee bar. The coffee bar contains an espresso maker and a drip coffee maker. Illy coffee and Gevalia coffee and tea are provided for your enjoyment. The wet bar contains plenty of wine and martini glasses along with all the items needed to mix up your own specialties. A complimentary bottle of wine will be there to welcome you.
A full size washer and dryer is located in the Laundry Room along with detergent and fabric softener. An ironing board and iron is also provided.
Guests can park in the garage. There are also plenty of parking spaces in front of the property.
A private patio provides plenty of room for entertaining. A stainless steel gas grill is provided. The built-in mist system will keep you relaxed and cool.
