Just a very short walk to Playa del Carmen's famed Fifth Avenue, short walk to beaches, restaurants, shopping, nightlife and ferry to Cozumel. Condo is equipped with TV and DVD player, satellite TV, washer and dryer, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, beach towels, bath towels and bed linens. For those of you looking to rent a car during your stay in Playa, there is a parking space reserved for the condo. However, a car is absolutely not necessary if you are vacationing in Playa del Carmen and do not plan on visiting nearby towns.
