Additional Information: My condo in Laguna Bay has over 1300 sq ft of air conditioned living space. It is as big as an average 3 bedroom home!!!!! It has a large living area with TV, VCR, sofa sleeper and a panoramic window, allows a spacious, light, airy and relaxing environment, that will help you to unwind after a tough day at the parks. A six seater dining table and a fully equip kitchen makes meal times a pleasure in these homes. My condo has all the amenity that you could need: dishwasher, American size fridge, stove, microwave and a washer/dryer, all of which makes this self catering holiday that little bit easier. There is a Queen in the master suite (which has en-suite bathroom) . The second bedroom has a set of 2 twins, and the 3rd bedroom will have a set of 2 twins. Each bedroom is spacious and designed to help you un-wind and have a peaceful nights sleep. RATES = LOW SEASON - $69.00 MID SEASON - $99.00 HIGH SEASON - $119.00 per night

THERE'S A CLUBHOUSE TOO !!!!!!!: Walking distance to the Clubhouse where there is a game room with play station, pool table, and workout/exercise room, playground, barbeque area, and tennis and volleyball courts! No need to head to Blockbuster (which is not too far) when you can rent DVDs at the Clubhouse and have a snack there too. The Clubhouse is open daily from 8 AM to 11 PM
