We rent by the month only: Peak season is $2,800 for Nov.-May Off peak is $1,200 for June -Oct.
Deposit fee of $500 required, (for 2 or more months deposit fee is 1,000) with full rent due 30 days prior. Renter pays electric,cleaning, phone, which comes out of deposit at end of rental period. After these deductions and inspection, the remaining deposit will be returned within 60 days.
There is a $100 application fee also that goes to the Condo Association. This is required for a parking permit. -
Additional charge of $100 for more than 1 couple staying in unit (you have to register & sign in with the condo association before renting)
No children under 12 years of age. Additional charge of $100 per child per month, (2 child maximum)

Try a PGA tournament course in Palm Beach. Observe as tiny loggerhead turtles crawl back from their nesting areas into the water in July.
Shopping!: Upscale shopping everywhere! Wealthy Seawals Pointe is 10 minutes away. Downtown Stuart is the same distance with blocks of Antique Shops, Botiques, Galleries and Fine Dining. Don't forget Jupiter Island, a 30 minute drive south, home to Tiger Woods & Celine Dion. Famous Palm Beach is 1 hours drive to the shops on Worth Ave, City Lights, & the famous Breakers Hotel.
Spring Training Camps/Disney World: NY Mets train here in spring and also St. Louis Cardinals at the Roger Dean Stadium. Disney World and Sea World 2 hours away.
