Earnest Deposit becomes Non-Refundable 45 Days Prior to Arrival! A $5000 Security Deposit due 3 days prior to arrival and will be returned approximately 10-20 days after departure less any damages to property or extra charges incurred. Balance due (less earnest deposit) at time of departure.
A week is 6 nights. Additional nights added to a week are discounted to $550/night. If you are coming for less than a week, then the price is $850-$1000/night with a minimum of 2-3 nights.
There is an extra charge of $20/night per person over 14 people. Extra Queen/Full size beds or cribs are an extra $50. Housecleaning is $50/day and is optional.
Babysitting available for $15/hour. Please try to schedule in advance!
Pool Can Be Heated For An Extra $85/night. This Is A Huge Pool. It Takes 2 Days Just To Get It Heated. I Must Know In Advance In Order To Order Enough Propane To Keep It Heated For Your Stay. **Please Note: Heated pool is 74' degrees at full heated temperature. - I accept all credit cards through paypal (add 4.99% for paypal's fee unless you have cash in your paypal account, then you should be able to send money free)! You can make a direct deposit or wire transfer to my Bank of America account. Money orders or Cashiers checks appreciated too!
