A Perfect Vacation: As you enter the double doors and marble foyer you will find this condominium to be spacious and comfortable with its open floorplan and beautiful custom furnishings. The views of the ocean and beach are breathtaking and unrivaled regardless of the weather or time of day. There is central heating and air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans in every room. There are 9-ft. ceilings, crown molding, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with Corian countertops. The fully-equipped laundry room offers a separate entrance for those sandy feet when returning from the beach or the pool. There are only 9 units per floor with ample elevators to each floor. The view from the interior corridors of each floor offers a panoramic view of the plantation. Parking is on-site in a 4-level covered parking garage with a covered entrance into the main building. Pool amenities are spectacular with a gated double-decker pool area with waterfalls, ample seating in a lush, tropical setting.
