Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $1500.00 per week or $5000.00 per 4 weeks
  • - $1500/week or $5000/4 weeks. (1 week minimum), (Check-in 4pm & Check-out 11:00am)
    - High Speed Internet - $50.00/week
    - 50% deposit required from full rental fee
    - Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival will qualify for a full refund of deposit paid.
    - Final payment due in cash upon arrival at the property.
    - $500.00 security deposit must be paid at time of final payment.
    Any damages or theft that may occur to the property by guest or members of their party will be charged to the security deposit; otherwise deposits are refundable after keys are returned.

The French doors of the main level rear sunroom lead to a private deck, with barbeque and summer furniture. This deck is built around a cherry tree. The second level deck is 20 feet wide by 9 feet deep. This deck has summer furniture and a hammock for your relaxation. The home is fully equipped with linens, towels, cooking requirements etc. Your stay in this home will be an experience of comfort and value and an exceptional alternative to hotel living.
