There is also a free tram service to the beach during the summer months! Sit out on the wrap around balconies or the first floor covered porch and enjoy the weather and the views of the neighborhood and pool! There is a distant water view from the 3rd floor balcony! This Caribbean cottage named, 'Caribe' is decorated with a Caribbean theme & bright colors! It sleeps 12! There is a king bedroom, 2 queens, 2 twins, and 2 sleeper sofas! Emerald Shores has its own Beach Cabana with restrooms, picnic tables, and lounge chairs. There are also 2 heated pools, tennis court, shuffle board, & a basket ball court! Conveniently located to the Destin Commons Mall, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Golf, Restaurants, & more!

The Destin area is widely known as the 'Luckiest Fishing Village in the World!' Deep sea fishing is very popular and Destin hosts many fishing tournaments. Fishing isn't the only attraction though! The sugar white beaches, the mild climate, and the clear blue-green waters are a big attraction! The Destin area also boasts several shopping areas including the Destin Commons Mall which also includes restaurants and a movie theater. There is also a designer outlet mall in the area called, 'Silver Sands Outlet Mall' with many designer outlet stores. The harbor area has shopping, dining, and boating! Don't miss taking a dolphin cruise! There are plenty of dolphins to see in the area. There are several water parks in the area and water sports are plentiful on the bay side as well as the Gulf side of the island! If Golf is your game of choice, there are several championship golf courses to play! Tennis is also widely available. In fact, Emerald Shores has a tennis court!
