This newly refurnished home has a family room with a gas fireplace, which opens up to the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room. The second semi-private living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 42 inch Plasma TV. RV parking for your boat or motor home and a two-car garage is also available.
Great beach access is available with miles of beautiful, and an un-crowded coastline. Enjoy hunting for shells, surfing, and watching the seals and otters at play. Making sand castles, boogie boarding and kite flying are great family fun. Don't forget to check out our world-class wineries, championship golf courses and some of the best shopping and antiquing you can imagine.
Just when you think you've seen it all, enjoy the beautiful sunset from one of our many award-winning restaurants on the harbor. After dinner take a romantic stroll on the beach, and then settle in for a relaxing evening by the fire. There is so much more to see and do in Morro Bay than we can include in this brief description. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Guest Book: 11/28/06-Positive: 'What a wonderful place to spend with our family for Thanksgiving!' The house is very clean. The beds and couches are very comfortable! Lots of towels. The best part was walking to the beach every night to watch the sunset and to allow the kids to be beachcombers collecting sand dollars, clam shells, and muscle shells. We appreciated the 'Guestbook' with plenty of suggestions for things to do and menus from many of the local restaurants. Very nice BBQ which we used to keep our turkey warm while we cooked our side dishes. And the owners are wonderful!” Kellie, San Diego, CA 11/09/06- Positive: “My rating for this home is Excellent! Our family (which includes old folks and young folks) fit perfectly into this house, including our guests who visited. The family room is removed from the living room, which made the adults (and the children) happy. The location is great; it’s out of the Morro Bay tourist traffic and is just a few blocks from an interesting beach.'
