Enjoy the amenities of this newly decorated condo located 150 feet from the 10 mile long white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Even though my condo does not face the beach it is conveniently located on the property, nicely decorated and offers fine linens, plush towels and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo property has a heated, gulf-front swimming pool, lounge chairs, laundry facilities, elevators, community lounge and condominium office staff. Across the street and set behind a wooded park is a variety of boutiques, a Publix Supermarket, a CVS Drugstore and 10 clay tennis courts. Only minutes away are excellent restaurants and the world-class shops and galleries of St. Armands Circle. Nearby Sarasota and Bradenton offer over 50 golf courses.
Longboat Key is one of Florida's more beautiful barrier islands. Out-of-the-way yet easily accessible.

Busch Gardens in Tampa and Walt Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando are all within a 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hour drive by car.
Longboat Key offers a beautiful white sand beach, spectacular sunsets and 10 miles of paved path for bikers and joggers. It is a safe haven for numerous shorebirds such a Osprey, the Great Egret, the Brown Pelican and many other species. Sea turtles lay their eggs on our shores between the months of May and October. Do as much or as little as you'd like. It is truly a slice of paradise on the beach!

The gulf-front heated swimming pool offers plenty of chaise lounge chairs and a shower. Additional lounge chairs and tables are located on the spacious paved patio overlooking the beach. The beach and lobby bathrooms, lounge, elevators and laundry facility have been completely remodeled. Two elevators and two staircases service each floor. Garbage shoots are located at the north end of each floor.
The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, comfortable furniture, a color TV, DVD, VCR and a balcony with furniture.
