You can walk to the fabulous Blue Coast Restaurant for dinner or bike as bicycles are provided. This house has a den on the first floor and four bedrooms and two baths. It is large enough for two families to share and set up with two bedrooms with queen beds and 3 bedrooms with Twin beds. The Master bath has a seated shower for two and double sinks in all bathrooms. There is also an AERO Bed so 11 can sleep comfortably. The beds and furniture are all New! This house backs to parkland and is in a new 23 lot community called The Sanctuary in Exclusive North Bethany. There are 8 miles of state beach parkland 5 minutes drive away and the ocean is across the street . There is no sales tax and lots of outlet shopping, fishing opportunities, crabbing, and sailing for those that are not beachcombers. There is wireless Internet access.
Other Activities: Shopping, kayaking, boating, shelling, wildlife viewing, miniature golf
